beautiful base for exploring keswick’s parks and attractions

We stayed here last weekend and loved how welcome the hosts made us feel, with thoughtful touches like delicious homemade Greek yogurt at breakfast and even some carrot cake for our walk.

Welcoming hosts, spacious room with lovely décor, and exceptional breakfasts with homemade granola and fresh berries made our stay enjoyable. plus, it's conveniently located just a short stroll to town and offers free parking.

The breakfast stands out with options like homemade Greek yogurt and granola, which I could have eaten for every meal. The location, just a 10-15 minute walk to town, provides easy access without the hustle of being right in the center.

The slightly noisy surroundings can be distracting, especially with traffic from the nearby road waking me at times. While I appreciated the room's cleanliness and furnishings, the mattresses felt a bit too springy for my liking, definitely a matter of personal comfort. having a limited number of teabags and milk in the room was a slight oversight, though nothing major.

The welcoming atmosphere and genuine hospitality made our two-night stay exceptional. The room was impeccably clean and cozy, equipped with all necessary amenities. Breakfast featured a delightful selection, including a fantastic granola that could sell well on its own. Just a short walk to a decent local pub made dining out convenient, but navigating to the heart of town was also easy, ensuring plenty of options for excitement and adventure in the area.

Our stay was amazing! The shower was very nice, and the USB charging ports were super handy. We really felt at home here!

We stayed for 2 nights in a twin room with a private bathroom. Loved the powerful shower and comfy beds. Every room had tea and coffee maker, TV, and hairdryer. The breakfast was amazing, especially Nikos' homemade granola and yogurt. Plus, plenty of off-road parking made it convenient. The hosts were super helpful with local tips.

This place suits me perfectly with free wi-fi in rooms, free parking, and great support from staff. I still remember how they helped me with my suitcases. Highly recommend trying the homemade granola at breakfast!

Had a lovely 2-night stay! The breakfast was the highlight—home-cooked with the best poached eggs ever! 🥚✨ The only hiccup was the wifi. it was a bit tricky to use.

I felt right at home with BJ and Hannah, who treat you like family from the moment you arrive. The breakfast was a culinary hug! I couldn’t get enough of BJ's homemade granola—it was so good that options like 'Death by pancakes' soared to new heights of deliciousness! Every detail was thoughtfully curated, from the complimentary fresh milk to the cozy garden that invites relaxation.

we had a great time at woodside b&b! the hosts were super friendly n made us feel at home right away. breakfast was amazin with a lotta choices, even for vegans like me. location was perfect for walkin into keswick n the garden was nice to chill in. clean room with comfy beds too, slept really well!

only thing was the mattress was a bit soft for my liking n it woulda been nice if check-in was earlier than 4pm.

Excellent hotel with free wi-fi, free parking, and great hiking options. The staff once helped me with an insect bite, which I really appreciated. Highly recommend for a good stay. Coming back for Easter!

It was just a prime choice for a day tour in Keswick with great value-to-price ratio. The bed was so good we decided to get a mattress the same. Consider taking ear plugs if you're sensitive to noise.
